As Business Operations Manager, Emily confidently manages all our back-end processes including accounts, compliance, overseeing project delivery, driving engagement and efficiency. Emily shines with her person-centred problem solving, designing logistical solutions, and creating systems that just work.

Emily came to Gilligan Group as a Senior Designer, before pivoting into a new role as the official Wing Woman to the Managing Director. Her background in graphic design working for iconic brands including Levi Strauss in London, and more recently rebranding the prestigious Quay Hotel on Perth’s Swan River foreshore, showcases Emily’s creative, artistic and stylish spirit. While Emily’s role is mainly focused on accounts and business management, she also supports with graphic design when needed, easily moving between the two responsibilities.

Outside of work, Emily is a loving wife and mama to three gorgeous kiddos. She is also a triple threat – she sings, dances and acts on the local stage.
