Entrepreneur and communications strategist, Skye loves an opportunity to show how the considered blending of beautiful content and design can positively change a company’s total identity. Skye has more than 14 years’ experience in the telco, oil, gas and mining sectors in Australia, the UK and Africa, which she considers her grounding in writing for and advising leaders in technical industries. Skye has developed an Australian and international portfolio of clients and maintains a personal passion for improving quality of life and access to education in African nations. When’s she not behind the computer, you’ll find her cooking up a storm with glass of wine in hand, or chilling by the Swan River with her husband Paul, son Jesse and adorable pup Elroy.

Rhett Ardon


Our resident online guru, Rhett thrives on the challenge of bringing digital projects to life from concept to completion. Balancing his creativity and astute project management skills, Rhett sees every aspect of digital marketing as an opportunity for organisations to connect with new and existing customers and solve business problems. When he’s not delving into the minutiae of wireframes or mapping out a UX plan, you’ll find Rhett jogging an unseemly distance after work, hanging at Mount Lawley bars or listening to drum and bass with a Pale Ale not far away.

Rosamund Brennan


A self-confessed ‘logophile’ (lover of words), Ros brings a decades’ experience in journalism and communications in Perth, Sydney and Berlin. Published in various media including The Guardian and The Australian, she knows how to string a few words together and, having held in-house communications roles with organisations including Sydney’s National Art School—she’s got some marketing chops to boot. Sinking the anchor in Fremantle after six years abroad, on the weekend you’ll find her at south beach, going to gigs at Mojos, or lying in a hammock eating peanut butter (out of the jar, of course)

James Woods


With more than a decades’ experience in creative direction and design, James Woods brings our client brands and visual marketing strategies to life. Setting trends, not following them is a mantra James is known for. Seeing words through shapes, James constantly finds alternative solutions for a single brief, problem solving effective placement of headlines, content and pictures to create memorable impact. In his previous life, James circumnavigated the world more than once as a Bosun on a British billionaire’s super yacht. During this time, he learned to appreciate that life is meant to be fun – it doesn’t matter what job you’re doing, as long as you’ve got the right people around you.
